FFmpeg decodes the video, draws subtitle glyphs onto frames and encodes H.264/AAC MP4. Processing is time- and resource-limited.
Important limitations
This re-encodes the video (quality loss). Limit applies to uploaded bytes and processing duration. Large or long videos should be handled locally.

Is my file uploaded?
Yes. This advanced tool sends the file to the Oracle processing server through the Cloudflare API gateway. Files are stored only temporarily during processing, then removed. Do not use it for highly sensitive files.
Do I need an account?
No, but the site operator must first configure the processing backend.
