How it works

This local tool attempts to re-synchronize malformed line breaks when a quoted cell was never closed. It displays warnings and all changes before exporting.

Important limitations

A genuinely multiline quoted field can be mistaken for a malformed record. Results require manual review; no heuristic can recover arbitrarily damaged CSV without ambiguity.
